Registration for 2024/2025 opens on January 19, 2024

Welcome to Our Lady of Loreto Catholic School's Online Application. We have designed our online application process to make applying as simple as possible.

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Please complete the Online Application forms listed in the left menu, beginning with the Applicant Information form.

Feedback will be provided throughout the process to help you complete the application. A yellow caution sign will appear in the menu next to forms that are missing required information. If a form contains all required information, a green check mark will appear next to the form's menu item.

You can review the entire application at any time by selecting the Application Review item on the left menu. From here, you will also be able to print a PDF of the application in its current state.

After you have completed the application, a Submit Application and Make Payment form will appear. Please follow the instructions that will be provided to submit the application along with the non-refundable $25 fee for each student application.  Once your student has been accepted, you will be forwarded an online enrollment to complete.  After you have completed your enrollment, you will be charged an additional non-refundable $250 for the first student plus $25 for each additional student (after four students, the $25 is waived).   This additional fee(s) and the online enrollment must be received before your child's spot will be reserved.

Application Checklist

In order to complete the application process, please complete the checklist items listed below, including submission of all supplemental forms.

  • Submit completed Online Application and application fee

  • Submit the following by uploading in this application:

    • Birth Certificate, required 

    • IEP/504 Documentation, required if applicable 

    • Baptismal Certificate, if applicable

    • Communion Certificate, if applicable

    • Confirmation Certificate, if applicable

  • Review the Parent Student Handbook or the Preschool Handbook

  • For 6th - 8th grade students

    • Teacher Recommendation, please provide an email for your preferred teacher from your student’s current 2023/2024 school year

    • Last two years of report cards

Admissions Status Tracking

After your application is submitted, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms and completed application. To view your application status, please use your username and password to access your account.

Registration and Enrollment

After receiving acceptance notification, parents will be provided information necessary to complete the enrollment process.

Financial Aid information:  If you are planning to apply for financial aid, please see attachment.  The financial aid document is based on the 2023/24 school year and will be updated as we receive information from ACE/Schmitz. Requirements for financial aid are subject to change.
